Mrs. Papageorgopoulou was born in Hannover, Germany, and traces her origins to Trikala, Thessaly. She completed her curricular studies in Greece and Germany. She has a diploma in Financial Counseling and worked successfully in various companies in the financial sector in Hannover until 2005.

Until 2007, she was a founding member of THEMELIA FINANZPLANUNG in Hannover.

Since 2007 she has taken over the Who is Who in Greece as Editor-in-Chief and Publishing Director together with her husband. She is also responsible for the public relations, communication and advertising of the said company. Since 2016, she has also been the Publishing Director of WHO IS WHO WORLD WOMEN LEADERS.

Since 2019, she has been the Vice President of WHO IS WHO INTERNATIONAL AWARDS, which is organised every year with great success in Greece, and the Administrator of the non-profit company (AMKE) WHO IS WHO INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY & AWARDS. She is a member of the Panhellenic Women's Association "KALLIPATEIRA", Lion Helen "Keller Club" and AHEPA "Daughters of Penelope-YPATIA D443". She is bilingual and speaks fluent Greek and German.
